Rust
Hi all,
For quite some time I've been using cor-ten steel plinths for some of my
larger outdoor sculptures, most often there is a spacer between marble and
steel but this time I need to put the marble directly on top of the steel.
The problem with this that in quite a short time the rust starts to
discolour the marble: the question, therefore, is there anything that I
could paint on the bottom of the sculpture that would absolutely seal it
against the rust?
Regards to all Clive
